PROHIBITION ON UNAUTHORIZED ONLINE SELLING AND THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACES

Please be advised that Enagic Philippines prohibits Independent Distributors from selling or promoting Enagic products through unauthorized third-party platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, Facebook Marketplace, Carousell, and similar platforms.

Distributors are also prohibited from offering unauthorized discounted prices or promotions through these platforms or other unauthorized sales channels.

All Enagic products must be purchased through Enagic Philippines' official sales channels or authorized Independent Distributors.

IMPORTANT

Purchasing Enagic products from unauthorized online sellers may result in:

• No warranty or after-sales support

• Products that may be counterfeit or of unknown quality

• Expired, defective, or improperly handled products

• Unfulfilled orders or other transaction risks

• No reliable distributor contact or customer support

Enagic Philippines is not responsible for products purchased through unauthorized third-party platforms and may not be able to verify or provide warranty coverage for such products, subject to applicable law.

DISTRIBUTOR COMPLIANCE

Enagic Philippines will take appropriate action against unauthorized sellers and online listings.

​

Any Independent Distributor found violating the Distributorship Agreement and Enagic Policies & Procedures may be subject to disciplinary action, in accordance with the Company's applicable disciplinary procedures.

​

Enagic Philippines also reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals or entities involved in the unauthorized sale, distribution, or advertisement of Enagic products.

We ask all distributors to help protect the Enagic brand, our customers, and the integrity of our distributor network by using only authorized sales channels.
