TERMS AND CONDITION

 

1.) Promo is effective from June 1-30, 2021.

2) Orders can be made thru:

-Visit our web store at https://store.enagic.com/ph/ Go to SALE menu then select desired products.

-via Walk-in and Telephone orders.

-via Email order at marketing@enagic.ph

3.) Strictly NO CASH PAYMENT POLICY is IMPLEMENTED.

-For Web Store - via Credit/Debit Card and GCASH.

-For EMAIL and Over-the-counter - via CASH DEPOSIT to ENAGIC PH BANK ACCOUNT then present Proof of payment to Marketing staff, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD(POS).

-For Telephone Orders - via CASH DEPOSIT to ENAGIC PH BANK ACCOUNT then present Proof of payment to Marketing staff

4.) Delivery methods are:

-For Walk-in, orders can be pick up in the office.

-For Email, orders can be pick up or request to ship out.

-For Web Store, orders are for shipping only.

-For Telephone orders, can be pick up or request to ship out.

5.) How long does it take my order to be deliver?

- 1 to 2 weeks depends on LBC's latest ETA update.

6.) How to know my tracking number?

- upon completion of process, an email with tracking number will be sent.

7.) How can I track my order?

- You can track it thru LBC tracking website at https://www.lbcexpress.com/track or call LBC at 8858-5999.

8.) My place is on a lockdown, can I still order?

- YES, since promo is available online, but there may be some delays on receiving of orders.

​

9.) Is there a cut off for the web store order?

- YES, cut off is every 5PM, orders received beyond 5PM will be processed the next day.
