This   is   to   notify   all   distributors   /clients   to   obey   with   the   following responsibilities and obligations pertaining to the above subject.

 

•     Do not make  any health or false claims regarding the Machine, its sale and  other related matters. No claims as to the  therapeutic  or curative properties about the products may be made. In particular, no independent distributor may make any claim  that the Company  products are intended to diagnose,  treat,  cure or prevent any disease.  Such statements can be perceived as medical  claims.

 

•    Prohibition of Sales of Water (Safe Drinking Water).

Sales  of  Kangen  Water  or  any  other  water  produced  from   LeveLuk machines,  directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes all sales  of Water in which  a person  receives  water, bottled  or otherwise, from leveluk machines.     No "donation", "membership fee", or other  sum(s)  may  be  collected  for  the  distribution of Water.  Charging customers due to the use of electricity or the general usage of the machine is also prohibited. These are considered to be business  expenses and should be paid by the independent distributor.

 

 Not only is this against Company policy, but it is also against Philippine  laws and rules and regulations of the Philippine  Food and Drug Administration.

Any violation of those will constitute grounds for termination of distributor status. References:
