Announcement: To All Delinquent Accounts

 

September 26, 2019

1. Effective this October 2019, all delinquent accounts with, but shall not limited to: more than 90 days unpaid balances shall be endorsed to the third-party collection agency to continue proceedings.

​

2. Those delinquent accounts that was turned over to the AGENCY, can no longer be assisted by Enagic in preventing this potential extra-judicial collection to take place.

​

3. To compensate the cost of this activity, any endorsed account collected in full, Enagic reserves the right to collect the 25% collection fee among the distributors within 8 points system in pro-rated method.
