Advisory From Enagic PH Management

To our Valued Distributors,


The health and safety of our distributors, customers, and employees are of utmost importance to us. ENAGIC Phils. Inc, continues to comply with government directives on General Community Quarantine guidelines, pursuant to the management of the CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019  (COVID-19) situation.

       We are compelled to implement precautionary procedures and measures to protect the health condition and welfare of our fellow kababayan.


  1. Date of effectivity – From March 17, 2020 to April 30, 2020.

  2. Office Hour – 10:00 AM to 5:00PM from Monday to Friday only for pick up.

  3. Transaction procedures:

  • Enagic can only accommodate Machine, Enhancer and Filter sales only.

  • Fill out the product accessories forms (download from our website) for your desired order and email to Marketing department or go to our online store to                       

  • All cash/check payments should be deposited strictly to our BDO account.

  • All transactions will be in single payment.

  • For Credit Card payments (BDO and Metrobank only): installment or straight payments, please print and fill out the moto form. You may access the form to

  • Other Credit Card bank will be considered as straight payment.

  • For E-Payment transactions (New Sales) guidelines is posted separately.

  • Submit and present your validated deposited slip as proof of payment.

  • Once order has been processed, our marketing team will inform you via email (only) for the pick- up delivery details. Please do not visit us without completion of process and notice from our staffs.

For the commission process

  1. We will only processed the commissions for the following:

  • Commission pay off on March 25, 2020 for those accounts fully settled from January 21 to 31, 2020 only.

  • Distributors with updated Joint Venture

  • Distributors with updated Official Receipts.

  • Distributors with updated BDO bank accounts.

  1. We will not process OR update, Joint Venture update and account updates until Enagic is fully operational.
